A great day at the Philadelphia Marathon

I had a great day at the Philadelphia marathon today ... finished in 4:02, 3 minutes better than I had planned. I ran a great race, kept my pace the entire time and finished strong.

Post-race report will be posted soon..... i'm currently busy pigging out on pizza and nachos .. (I love post race pigouts)
